At NutrientPeak, we are committed to delivering your premium supplements safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines all important information regarding the processing, shipment, and delivery of your order.

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons, new product launches, or promotional periods, processing may take up to **5 business days**.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer **free standard shipping** on all orders. Free shipping promotions apply to standard delivery only and do not include expedited or international shipping upgrades.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to **24 hours** for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment
NutrientPeak partners with a network of trusted regional and international carriers (including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services) to ensure reliable delivery. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers based on inventory availability and destination.

6. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to valid P.O. Box addresses within the United States via USPS. For APO/FPO military addresses, delivery typically takes **15–25 business days**. Please note that additional customs documentation may be required.

7. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
- **Import fees, customs duties, and local taxes** are **not included** in our shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- NutrientPeak is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or returned by international customs authorities.
- If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be refunded for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- **Lost in transit:** If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors/your local post office. If still missing, contact us within **15 days** of the delivery date.
- **Damaged during shipping:** Retain all original packaging and contact our support team within **7 business days** of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing documentation (photos of the box and product).
- **Incorrect address:** Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

9. Order Modifications & Changes
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Therefore, **we cannot modify or cancel an order** after it has been submitted.
